Delete your Gc Gym account

In the app

1. Open the Gc Gym app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email support@mykroft.tech from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted, or ask at the front desk.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email and address
• Your health answers, photos and profile picture
• Your sign-ins, and your gate codes stop working

What is kept

Records the gym must keep by law, such as invoices and payments, are kept without your name on them.
